About Us
At TF7 were always looking for land which has that development potential. As a site engineer, I’ve spent years constructing roads and sewers, handing over house plots, bringing all the utilities onto site for the likes of Taylor Wimpey and Redrow with schemes having 400+ houses. With this I’m able to look at parcels of land and decide if its buildable and having teamed up with Ella at Land Profits who has over 15 years’ experience in getting your land all the way through too completion. Ella having built a strong power team behind her covers all the legal, design, planning aspects of any development to get it over the line and leaves the land owner with a very much hands off approach.
